Dr. Lin began the dental practice in Cumberland, October of 1989. He received his doctorate degree from Loyola School of Dentistry in Chicago, Illinois. Subsequent to that, he trained at Michael Reese Hospital and Trauma Center in downtown Chicago, gaining experience in all facets of oral maxillofacial trauma, pathology and oral medicine.
Addtionally, he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pyschology/Biology from the University of California at Los Angeles.
He is a member of Delta Sigma Delta Fraternity, the American Dental Association, the International Academy of Facial Aesthetics, and is former dental director of Allegany Health Right. He holds certificiations for Laser Dentistry from the Nash Institute, and certification for Therapeutic Botox and Dermal Fillers.
He has been fortunate to be a six- time winner of the ‘Dentist of the Year” by the Readers Poll of the Cumberland Times-News. Dr. Lin and the office enjoy giving back to the community. The office participates in Mission of Mercy, Allegany Health Right, Breast Cancer Awareness, Diabetes Walk, League for Children and variety of other charities.
Dr Lin enjoys helping with local high school sporting activities, including soccer and tennis. He is an avid exercise enthusiast. He skis, plays tennis and golf and holds a second-degree black belt in karate.
Dr. Clem grew up in Western Maryland and graduated from the former Westmar High School. He then started college locally at Allegany College of MD and Potomac State College before graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Medical Technology from West Virginia University. Immediately following his undergraduate work Dr. Clem began dental school at West Virginia University, graduating with his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S) degree.
Following graduation from dental school Dr. Clem and his wife, Amy, decided to return to the area in which they grew up and moved back to Western Maryland where each have worked since.
Dr. Clem enjoys various facets of dentistry and patient comfort is his highest priority. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Denistry, and certified in the use of the diode laser from the Academy of Laser Dentistry. He has volunteered numerous hours of community service in various projects including the Mission of Mercy (M.O.M) project
In his spare time Dr. Clem enjoys following WVU sports, golf, hunting, and spending time with his wife, Amy, and daughters, Audrey and Camrie.
Dr Rajaski is a long time resident of the East Coast, growing up in Springfield, Illinois and completing his undergraduate work from UMBC. He was awarded a scholarship in track and field and competed in the pole vault. He, to this day, holds his high school’s all time record! He continued onward with his education, completing his dental doctorate degree from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, followed by a 24 month residency at the University of Maryland Hospital. Dr Rajaski enjoys being involved in the academics and continues to teach at the postgraduate level. Additionally, he is a member of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.
His many experiences thru teaching at the University and conducting research have given him invaluable training to provide his patients with the utmost in care. Dr Rajaski is an active participant in giving back to the community thru the Give Kids a Smile program and the Mission of Mercy.
The most important part of his day, though is spending time with his family. His hobbies include golf, fishing and playing the guitar.
Dr. Dubins grew up in Short Gap, West Virginia and graduated from Frankfort High School. She attended West Virginia University, graduating with a Bachelors in Biology. After taking a year off to study abroad in Barcelona, Spain, Dr. Dubins began dental school at West Virginia University, graduating as a Doctor of Dental Surgery.
Dr. Dubins enjoys both the scientific and artistic sides of dentistry. She endeavors to personally connect with her patients and educate them about their oral health. She is committed to practicing dentistry ethically and based on the most up-to-date scientific evidence available. She is a member of the American Dental Association and Delta Sigma Delta Fraternity of dentists.
In her free time Dr. Dubins enjoys skiing, biking, and travelling with her husband, Jeff, painting, and playing with her rescue dogs Sydney and Damon.
